This aggravation of Pitta further affects Vata and Kapha, with Kapha causing flawed blood which in turn causes the secretion of oil from glands. Basically, according to Ayurveda, our life-styles also play a part in causing acne, besides the usual factors of genetics. People frequently become tired and lack proper nutrition. Such causes trigger acne, because our bodily doshas become unbalanced and out-of-whack.
